Off to Second Grade

It's hard to believe my baby boy is off to second grade today. His smile still melts my heart and brings me back to the days when his hair was longer, blonder and curly. He was three years old and his mom was battling for her life. If that wasn't hard enough he was also struggling to communicate and the world was full of loud noises, bright lights and uncomfortable fabrics. I continue to thank God every day that my family and I pulled through! It was and is my mission to keep that amazing smile on his face!!!!
