Another day, dozen, PT appointment and some skating fun!

If you told me three years ago that tonight I would go Ice Skating with Alyssa's Girl Scout Troop I would say you were CRAZY..... but I did. It felt amazing to have the cool air hitting my face as I glided on the ice. I felt like I was five year old again whipping around the rink with ice walker. It was the best of both worlds I got to have fun and keep my bones and body safe and happy! Thank you SBS Girl Scouts!!
